Provide support and assistance for conferences and summer housing during the summer months, desk coverage, on-call hours, laundry, and customer service for guests staying in the residence halls. Other duties as assigned. Must commit to work during summer. This is a paid position that also includes free summer housing. No meal plan is available during summer months.
The role of the Residential Mailroom Assistant (RMA) is to provide excellent customer service to our residents, and other members of the Buffalo State community. The will work in the Residential Mailroom (within the Student Union) to sort mail, ensure package delivery, provide information regarding mail to students. Please see the Residential Mailroom Assistant Employment Agreement for more position details. All RMA’s must be able to return prior to the start of the Fall semester for training.
